Photographer Noel Carboni Boca Raton, Florida |
I am a hobbyist digital photographer when I'm not writing telecommunications software. For years I used a 35mm Canon A1 film camera, but graduated to the flexibility, ease of use, and digital integration of an Olympus D-500L digital camera back in 1997. I upgraded to the new Olympus C-2500L model in late 1999. That served to whet my appetite for a more powerful SLR, so I purchased a Canon EOS-D30 in November, 2000. What an awesome machine! I suppose I have no stated philosophy for photography other than to get out, take pictures, and have fun! I have dabbled in landscape and nature photography, wildlife photography, still life, family snapshots, and imaging anything I could point a camera at. I love working on digital images in my digital darkroom, which consists of a powerful graphics workstation, Adobe Photoshop, Genuine Fractals, and a host of other image manipulation tools. I'm also active on the Internet, participating in photography forums worldwide. You can read more about me and see some of my work online at http://ncarboni.home.att.net/DigiPhoto.html I hope you enjoy looking at my images as much as I enjoyed shooting them! |
